The only requirement is food. You're always welcome to bring items you'd like them to have to make them feel more at home!

YES! When we have availability, our training facility can be rented for private/semi-private training at $30 per hour.
We also offer group rates! Contact us for group events!

Yes! We do allow intact males and females. We do assess an additional cleaning supply fee for heavy markers and females in heat, as it requires a lot of additional cleaning and disinfectant. Cost depends on length of stay.

We allow Cash, Check(for established clients), Credit Card, Debit Card, Facebook Pay, and Venmo. You're able to pay for services through your online account with us or you may utilize the other electronic forms of payment. Credit/Debit Card is required to be on file.

Absolutely! We can administer any medications that your dog is prescribed!

No! We provide bowls for all dogs! If your dog uses a specialty bowl (raised bowl, slow feeder, IQ feeder) just let us know and we will ensure they have what they need!

If for any reason your pup requires the attention of a veterinary professional, we will notify you or your emergency contact and immediately transport your pup to your vet or an emergency vet service.

No. We supply raised beds/blankets. However, you're more than welcome to bring their own items to help them feel more at home.
Be sure to label personal items, and be prepared for some chewing or loss of item, as pups often like to chew up soft items while boarding.

Yes. Cass offers consulting services for $75 per session. This is offered in person or via electronic web call.

Of course! Our 8' long kennels allow space for 2 large pups to stay together comfortably.

We require age appropriate vaccines including:
Canine Parvovirus, Distemper, Canine hepatitis, Lepto,
Bordatella and Rabies
**If for any reason your pup has a medical reason not to have vaccines administered, we do require a veterinary letter and titer test results.

Our main kennel room consists of 10 8' long, heavy duty kennels. We offer 2 with roof tops for those pups that like to take solo adventures. Our smaller kennel room consists of 5 4'x 6', heavy duty kennels. We also offer, secure crates for those that feel more comfortable with a place to get into. Our kennel rooms are insulated and homey, temperature controlled both heat and A/C. We have 24/7 video monitoring and we ALWAYS have the TV going for them!

Our drop off and pick up times are SCHEDULED. We operate this way to allow us to help the most pups in a day that we can.
We do assess late fees (15+ minutes late without communication and/or no show fees.

SATURDAYS No Pickups or Drops Offs
SUNDAYS (pickups only)

We begin puppies as early as 8 weeks! We offer a variety of puppy training options and programs.

Yes! We love to offer your pup treats during their stay, however DO NOT bring new treats that they are not used to having. This tends to upset their tummy.

We do our best to accommodate changes for your scheduled pick up and/or drop off times. Any changes need to be made 24 hours in advance, and you must contact Cass directly to get this approved. Text requests are the best 208.791.0021

Our Services Agreement covers all reservation details. We work hard to accommodate changes as we know life happens.

We require all pups to be registered through this website.
Current vaccination records to be uploaded or sent to us and then you can request services through your account, or if you need assistance, reach out and we can schedule from our end!

We do not accept dogs with a history of fighting or biting. We
DO offer exceptions for active or retired working K9s.

We do not require a meet & greet. We will ask a few questions and if we feel we are a good fit for your pup then we can schedule!

Yes! We do allow dogs that attend more than one facility. We do however, ask that if they have been at another facility, you wait 2 weeks before they come to us. That allows time, for any potential illness that may have been contracted to show, before putting them with other dogs to spread any illness.
