Who We Are
Char & Ellie
Ellie joined our zoo crew in July 2020. She was absolutely adorable and full of boundless energy. She needed an outlet for that so we decided to give agility a try. We had our first class in April 2021. We have been hooked ever since. We have been working hard, having fun, & learning alot along the way. Our bond is stronger than ever. I am in awe of Ellie & what she can do. She has come so far & continues to impress me. We just recently went to our first agility competition & are getting ready for the next. We have met some pretty amazing people along the way & are so glad we get to share our agility journey with them.
Janet & Jack
Jasper aka Jack was adopted at 8 weeks by Janet and her family after he and his siblings, along with his mom were rescued from a Texas high kill shelter and landed in Spokane.
At an early age Jasper preferred to go over things instead around them. And at 6 months started climbing trees. Janet thought “he needs an outlet for all his energy “ And decided to enroll him in agility classes August of 2021
They haven’t looked back since.
It has taught both of them patience, trust and how to be a team. And most importantly how to have fun together.
Chris & Lucy
Lucy and Chris started their agility journey in fall of 2021. As a rescue dog who had been rehomed many times, Lucy was very shy and lacked confidence in most situations. Through her agility training she has come out of her shell and gained tons of confidence. She has gone from barking out of fear to singing happy hound songs at the end of courses! Lucy started competing Summer 2022 and looks forward to racking up qualifying runs!
