Frequently Asked Questions

If you can't find the answer to your questions here, please reach out!

What do I need to bring with my dog for their boarding stay?

The only requirement is food. You're always welcome to bring whatever you'd like them to have to make them feel more at home!

Can I rent your training facility?

YES! When we have availability, our training facility can be rented for private/semi-private training at $20 per hour/per dog. We also offer group rates! Contact us for group events!

Do you allow intact dogs?

Yes! We do allow intact males and females. We do assess an additional cleaning supply fee for heavy markers and females in heat, as it requires a lot of additional cleaning and disinfectant. Cost depends on length of stay.

What if my dog is on medications? Will you give them to our dog?

Absolutely! We can administer any medications that your dog is prescribed!

Can I bring my dog's own bowl?

Yes! However, we ask that you not bring glass or ceramic bowls.

What happens if my dog needs vet care while staying with you?

If for any reason your pup requires the attention of a veterinary professional, we will notify you or your emergency contact and immediately transport your pup to your vet or the vet on call.

Do I need to bring my dog's bed/blanket?

Nope. We supply raised beds/blankets. However, you're more than welcome to bring their own items to help them feel more at home.

Do you offer consulting services?

Yes. I offer consulting services for $50 an hour. This is offered via electronically or in person.

Do you take small dogs?

Absolutely! We accept all ages, and sizes! We set our smaller pups up with little "condos" inside their kennel. The smaller space allows them to feel more secure in such large kennels.

Can my two dogs stay together in the same kennel?

Of course! Our 8' long kennels allow space for 2 large pups to stay together comfortably.

What vaccines do you require?

We require age appropriate vaccines including:

Canine Parvovirus, Distemper, Canine hepatitis, Lepto, Bordatella and Rabies

What is your kennel like?

Our kennel room consists of 10 8' long, heavy duty chain link kennels. We offer 2 with roof tops for those pups that like to jump and/or climb. We also offer, wire or plastic crates for those that feel more comfortable with a place to get into. Our kennel room is very insulated and homey, temperature controlled both heat and A/C. We have 24/7 video and temperature monitoring and we ALWAYS have the TV going for them!

When can I drop off/pick up my dog?

We do not accept dogs with a history of fighting to biting. We DO offer exceptions for active or retired working K9s.

Do you require a meet & greet for daycare or boarding?

We do not require a meet & greet. We will ask a few questions and if we feel we are a good fit for your pup then we can schedule!

If my dog goes to another facility, can they come to yours?

Yes! We do allow dogs that attend more than one facility. We do however, ask that if they have been at another facility, you wait 2 weeks before they come to us. That allows time, for any potential illness that may have been contracted to show, before putting them with other dogs to spread any illness.
