What do I need to bring with my dog for their boarding stay?

The only requirement is food. You're always welcome to bring whatever you'd like them to have to make them feel more at home! Please Label personal items you bring for your pup.

Can I rent your training facility?

YES! When we have availability, our training facility can be rented for private/semi-private training at $30 per hour. We also offer group rates! Contact us for group events!

Do you allow intact dogs?

Yes! We do allow intact males and females. We do assess an additional cleaning supply fee for heavy markers and females in heat, as it requires a lot of additional cleaning and disinfectant. Cost depends on length of stay.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We allow Cash, Check(for established clients) , Credit Card, Debit Card, Facebook Pay, PayPal, and Venmo. You're able to pay for services through your online account with us or you may utilize the other electronic forms of payment.

What if my dog is on medications? Will you give them to our dog?

Absolutely! We can administer any medications that your dog is prescribed! 

Can I bring my dog's own bowl?

No. However, if your dog uses a specialty bowl, you're welcome to bring that as long as it's not ceramic or glass.

What happens if my dog needs vet care while staying with you?

If for any reason your pup requires the attention of a veterinary professional, we will notify you or your emergency contact and immediately transport your pup to your vet or the vet on call.

Do I need to bring my dog's bed/blanket?

No. We supply raised beds/blankets. However, you're more than welcome to bring their own items to help them feel more at home. Be sure to label personal items.

Do you offer consulting services?

Yes. I offer consulting services for $75 an hour. This is offered via electronically or in person. 

Do you take small dogs?

Absolutely! We accept all ages, and sizes!

Can my two dogs stay together in the same kennel?

Of course! Our 8' long kennels allow space for 2 large pups to stay together comfortably.

What vaccines do you require?

We require age appropriate vaccines including:

Canine Parvovirus, Distemper, Canine hepatitis, Lepto, Bordatella and Rabies

**If for any reason your pup has a medical reason not to have vaccines administered, we do require a veterinary letter and titer test results.

What is your kennel like?

Our main kennel room consists of 10 8' long, heavy duty chain link kennels. We offer 2 with roof tops for those pups that like to jump and/or climb. Our smaller kennel room consists of 5 4' x 6', heavy duty chain link kennels. We also offer, wire or plastic crates for those that feel more comfortable with a place to get into. Our kennel rooms are insulated and homey, temperature controlled both heat and A/C. We have 24/7 video monitoring and we ALWAYS have the TV going for them!

When can I drop off/pick up my dog?

Our drop off and pick up times are SCHEDULED. We operate this way to allow us to help the most pups in a day that we can. We do assess late fees (20+ minutes late without communication and/or no show fees of $25.

WEEKDAYS 

AM: 8:00, 8:30, 9:00

PM: 4:00, 4:30, 5:00, (later with approval)

SATURDAYS No Pickups or Drops Offs

SUNDAYS (pickups only)

PM: 5:00

Can I stop by to see your facility?

We are a by appointment only facility. We would love to show you around!! Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

What does it mean when you say you operate a "quiet" kennel?

We do our very best to minimize excessive barking in our kennel. In our Services Agreement, we require all owners to sign off on the use of electronic bark or training collars in the event your pup is an excessive barker.

How young can I start training my puppy?

We begin puppies as early as 8 weeks! We offer a variety of puppy training options and programs.

Can I bring treats for my dog to have?

Yes! We love to offer your pup treats during their stay, however DO NOT bring new treats that they are not used to having. This tends to upset their tummy.

What if I want to change my pick up time?

We do our best to accommodate changes for your scheduled pick up and/or drop off times. Any changes need to be made 24 hours in advance, and you must contact Cass directly to get this approved. Text requests are the best 208.791.0021

Do you charge if I need to cancel my reservation?

We have a Services Agreement that will address all reservation and cancellation details.

How can I schedule services?

We require all pups to be registered through this website. Current vaccination records to be uploaded or sent to us and then you can request services through your account, or if you need assistance, reach out and we can schedule from our end!

What happens if my dog has a history of biting or fighting?

We do not accept dogs with a history of fighting or biting. We DO offer exceptions for active or retired working K9s.

Do you require a meet & greet for daycare or boarding?

We do not require a meet & greet. We will ask a few questions and if we feel we are a good fit for your pup then we can schedule!

If my dog goes to another facility, can they come to yours?

Yes! We do allow dogs that attend more than one facility. We do however, ask that if they have been at another facility, you wait 2 weeks before they come to us. That allows time, for any potential illness that may have been contracted to show, before putting them with other dogs to spread any illness.
